Business Systems Architect • Start with the Problem
Hey, I'm Moe. I work in Business Systems
I work at the intersection of how a business actually runs and the technology that can make it run better — understanding operations, finding where time and money leak out, and designing the system that fixes it. You don't need more tools. You need a better system.

Mohamed Abdelaal
Business Systems Architect
Moe’s perspective doesn’t come from software demos. It comes from working inside businesses — across finance, accounting, operations, management and construction — understanding how they actually run, where decisions get made, and where time and money quietly leak out.
That experience evolved over time. Traditional business and operational work came first. Then digital transformation — moving manual, paper-based work into modern infrastructure. Then technology, websites and connected tools. Then AI and automation. And finally, business systems: the discipline of connecting all of it into one working whole.
The advantage isn’t any single skill. It’s the ability to see the relationship between a business problem, the process behind it, and the system and technology that can actually fix it — across industries and markets. That’s what turns scattered tools into a business that runs better.

The Problem
Most businesses don’t have a technology problem. They have a system problem.
Too many tools. Disconnected software. Work repeated by hand because nothing talks to anything else. Information entered in one place and lost in another. The result is a business that feels busy but doesn’t actually move — and owners who are told the answer is “one more tool.”
What “a system” actually means
A business system is the connected way a business handles its customers, sales, communication, operations and technology — so the pieces work together instead of apart.
Website→Leads→Sales→CRM→Communication→AI→Automation→Operations→Payments→Data
These aren’t a list of tools to buy. They’re parts of one connected system — and Moe designs how they fit together around your business.
How Moe Thinks
You don’t need more tools. You need a better system.
Moe • Business Systems Architect
Start with the business problem — not the technology. Understand what the business is actually trying to do, then design the system that helps it get there. The tools come last, and only the ones that earn their place.
What Makes Moe Different
Not a specialist in one tool. A thinker across the whole business.
Most people you can hire solve one piece. Moe’s advantage is seeing the relationship between the pieces — and knowing which ones your business actually needs.

Business-first thinking
Start with what the business is trying to achieve — not what technology can be sold. The problem comes first; the tools come last.
Systems thinking
See the whole business as one connected system — customers, sales, operations and technology working together, not in isolation.
Cross-functional expertise
Finance, operations, management and technology in a single perspective — the kind you usually need three specialists to piece together.
Practical implementation
Architecture that actually gets built. Through the Abedal infrastructure, the system moves from a clear plan to a working reality.
AI & automation, applied
AI and automation used where they remove real, repetitive work — not for novelty. The business value decides whether they belong.
Strategy connected to execution
Decisions that make sense in the boardroom and hold up at the operational level. The gap between plan and reality is where most systems fail.

What Moe Can Build & Improve
The pieces, connected into one working system.
Each of these is a part of the business — not a tool to buy in isolation. Moe designs how they fit together around how your business actually works.
SYSTEM MODULE 01Business-First Architecture
Business Systems Architecture
Before any technology, I map how your business actually runs — leads, sales, operations and communication — then design one connected system so the pieces work together instead of in isolation.
Key Capabilities
Review of the tools you already use
Map how work actually flows today

The Tools Behind the System
Tools change. Systems don’t. Moe understands how these technologies connect into one complete business system — not a software directory.

Questions Before We Work Together
I understand the business first, then I design the system around it. Here's how that actually works in practice.
Start the Conversation
Not sure what your business needs? Start there.
Tell Moe what you’re trying to build, what isn’t working, or where you’re stuck. The conversation starts with understanding the problem — not choosing a technology.
